Postpartum Doulas are specialists that are available to help you and your family transition from pregnancy, to parenting. Postpartum Doulas provide evidence-based information on topics such as newborn care and feeding, and emotional & physical support for recovery after childbirth. My main focus as a Postpartum Doula is to help integrate the new baby into your family. Postpartum Doulas work alongside your family, never replacing them.

Our Postpartum Doulas work around your needs. A typical shift is 4 hours, and may be booked starting with a package of 12 hours. 1/2 of the total fee is due with signed contract. This is a nonrefundable retainer to secure your spot on our calendar. All major forms of payment are accepted. Flexible Spending and Insurance coverage may be available. Inquire with your benefits manager for details.
Our hourly charge is $30.

Training
Our Doula's may hold various certifications and be trained by differing organizations. Please check with them to verify during the hiring process.
